Job Description: We are a thriving commercial real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator specializing in commercial real estate properties. This fully remote role is essential for ensuring seamless transactions from contract to close, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional service to our clients and team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from executed purchase agreements to closing. • Prepare and review transaction documents, including LOIs, purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Communicate with brokers, clients, escrow officers, lenders, and other stakeholders to coordinate and resolve transaction details. • Monitor critical transaction timelines and deadlines, ensuring all milestones are met. • Maintain organized transaction files and records for compliance and auditing purposes. • Assist with due diligence processes, including gathering and managing property documents, financials, tenant leases, and other necessary materials. • Provide regular updates to clients and team members on transaction progress. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Transaction Coordinator, specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment properties. • Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with commercial real estate contracts and processes across different property types and markets. • Skills: Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team and clients. • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
