Investment Banker Seed Capital Raise

This is a remote position. About The RoleSynergy Management Group (SMG) is a consulting firm that partners with institutional investors portfolio companies and growing businesses. We collaborate with toptier organizations in private equity and venture capital to drive growth through sourcing due diligence operations and strategic exits.We are executing a fasttrack seedstage capital raise and are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to lead this fundraising effort. This role involves developing investor materials targeting highnetworth investors and managing the entire capital raise process from start to finish in collaboration with the CEO.Responsibilities:Lead Capital Raise: Spearhead a seedstage fundraising round ($250K$500K) by managing the entire capital raise cycle from developing investor materials to closing deals.Investor Outreach & Negotiation: Target and engage elite highnetworth investors. Present investment opportunities and negotiate deal terms.Develop Investor Materials: Refine and leverage SMGs existing assets to create compelling comprehensive investor materials (pitch deck use of proceeds financials).Strategic Planning: Define strategy for fundraising including targeting the right investors and identifying optimal deal structures.Requirements: 10 years of experience in angel VC or PE capital markets.Proven track record of successful capital raises (ideally $500K$5M) for earlystage companies.Extensive network of highnetworth investors and active SEC/FINRA brokerdealer licenses in good standing.Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.Selfstarter who can independently manage the capital raise process and collaborate closely with the CEO.Compensation:Success feebased compensation structure with the potential for equity participation in SMG.About SMG: Elite Clientele: Past engagements with top institutional investors managing over $100B in assets.Established ProductMarket Fit: Proven success in delivering highcaliber consulting services to leading institutional investment firms.WorldClass Team: Consultants with leadership experience at firms such as McKinsey Bain PwC EY Carlyle Deloitte and KPMG.Growth Focus: We are seeking strategic capital to scale our infrastructure and accelerate business development.Additional Information: Remote Role: This position is fully remote with flexible work hours.Interview Process: Initial interviews will be conducted via video conference.To Apply:Submit your resume and a summary of relevant experience.
