Technical Customer Success Representative We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Representative with development experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships, ensuring customer success, and troubleshooting technical issues, including front-end development challenges. Location: Must reside in Texas Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE What You’ll Do • Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts • Develop proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on company tools, APIs, and integrations • Assist customers with troubleshooting and development best practices • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption • Drive revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities What You’ll Need To Succeed • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success or Account Management preferred) • Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications • Strong understanding of APIs, front-end frameworks, and web technologies • Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions to customers • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently Want to find out more about this new job opportunity?
