Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries ? Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction Travel Booking and Planning: ? Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries ? Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget Administrative Support: ? Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members ? Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required Data Entry and Management: ? Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases ? Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity Assistant: ? Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed ? Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks Qualifications: ? Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields ? Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software ? Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality ?
