As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We?ll give you amazing continuous support for everything. ?
