We are recruiting for a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive media sales & brand partnerships for Hypebeast & Hypebae in the UK.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven record in media sales, plus a demonstrable passion for digital media and innovation. Someone who loves our platforms and is experienced in generating revenue from UK-based agencies and clients. And who has an existing network in lifestyle, sportswear and adjacent industries (alcohol, automotive, tech, etc).

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a deep understanding of the publishing landscape, and the desire & ambition to sell leading-edge, multi-platform, social & digital programs for the world’s premium advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate advertising revenue by growing relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients.
  • Solicit RFP’s as well as unlocking proactive new business opportunities.
  • Sell online, offline and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.
  • Understand client’s requirements, brief creative planning teams and pitch creative proposals.
  • Maintain company CRM system to report on pipeline and revenue, track against group targets, conversion of leads and pipeline forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Account Servicing teams to ensure delivery of successful ad campaigns.
  • Represent Hypebeast at events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our core narratives and reinforcing the leading position Hypebeast holds in the marketplace.
  • Requirements

  • 3-4 years media sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Existing relationships with UK clients & agencies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including communication, presenting & negotiation.
  • Up to date knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements.
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly-creative organisation.
  • Highly organised and results driven.
