Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a 2025 Summer Data Scientist Intern. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of new technologies that facilitate the build of our products. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of computer programming and/or artificial intelligence and interest in manufacturing processes. Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, data science, or related technical field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
- Python and/or MatLab Programming
- Arificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
