Virtual Moderator (Remote)
Create segment schedule for Activity Plan Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program Provide oversight for review and evaluation of training new Moderators Requirements A High School Diploma or GED 1 years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
