Transmission Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Utility Transmission Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric utility transmission project management and be located within a 2.5-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and drive tasks to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at the site and report issues. • Drive project tasks to completion and take responsibility for all tasks. • Host and attend project meetings to maintain project status and gather information. • Participate in on-site field walkdowns and contribute to project goals. • Provide input to improve processes and maximize team efficiency. • Occasionally climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds. • Plan daily and strategic tasks, understanding priorities among multiple projects. • Seek training to execute tasks effectively. • Use multiple software systems as required. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. • 5-10 years of project management experience in electric utility transmission. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to perform financial planning and forecasting. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. • Competent in scheduling software (P6) and able to provide schedule updates. • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • Able to work well in a group setting and manage multiple tasks.
