About the position The Executive Assistant to the President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Office of the President. The EA is responsible for schedule management, maintaining confidential files, coordinating travel, and supporting the President in various initiatives and engagements. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior executives. , • Act as the first point of contact for the Office of the President. , • Manage the President's schedule and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders. , • Maintain complex and highly confidential files and document management systems. , • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reimbursement processes. , • Prepare comprehensive materials for the President, ensuring accuracy and adherence to expectations. , • Read and prioritize correspondence to ensure timely responses. , • Support the President's participation in regional activities and public appearances. , • Assist in event coordination and relationship management with civic and educational organizations. , • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements • Completion of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience. , • 7 - 9 years of job-related experience. , • Expertise in a wide array of desktop software products. , • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. , • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and generate effective solutions. , • Proven record of exceptional business judgment, flexibility, and integrity. , • Exemplary relationship building and diplomacy skills.
