Develop and maintain embedded software for medical devices in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements for new and existing products. Design and implement software solutions that meet performance, quality, and safety requirements. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software functionality and reliability. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and provide timely solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Keep up-to-date with latest software development tools and techniques to continuously improve software development processes. Comply with FDA and other regulatory requirements for medical device software development. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Contribute to the improvement of software engineering practices, methodologies, and processes within the organization. Mentor and guide junior software engineers in their technical and professional development. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in embedded software development to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
