You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, and possess a working knowledge of the payment systems and reimbursement methodologies used in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Monitor and evaluate payment systems and reimbursement methodologies used in the healthcare industry. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Identify and analyze potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Monitor and report on compliance activities and any changes to applicable regulations. Provide guidance and assistance to staff on all compliance-related matters. Train and educate staff on compliance issues. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable healthcare laws and regulations. Provide timely reports to management summarizing compliance activities.
