Learn and understand the claims process: The Claims Adjuster Trainee will be responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of the claims process, including policies and procedures, in order to effectively handle claims. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Communication with clients: The Trainee will be responsible for communicating with clients, both verbally and in writing, to gather information, provide updates, and address any concerns.
