We’re looking for an energetic Director of Sales to run the show solo at our Holiday Inn Express in Fort Worth, TX! If you love taking charge, building relationships, and driving revenue, this is the perfect role for you! What You’ll Do: Own the sales and marketing efforts for the hotel, managing everything from account sales to promotions. Build and nurture key relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and travel partners. Develop and execute creative sales strategies that increase visibility and revenue for the hotel. Manage the marketing budget and create fun, effective campaigns to engage guests and drive bookings. What We’re Looking For: A motivated, self-sufficient leader with strong communication skills. Experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field + 3+ years of hotel sales experience. Someone who thrives on autonomy and has a passion for achieving goals on their own.
