Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of IKEA's products, services, and policies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals. Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a focus on finding a satisfactory resolution. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues. Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
