Senior Experience Designer, Education

In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital education by designing and delivering top-notch experiences for students and educators around the world. Conduct research and gather insights on current educational trends, user needs, and behaviors to inform design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet business goals and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital education experiences that are intuitive and engaging. Utilize design thinking methodologies to ideate and iterate on concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and education, incorporating them into design work. Ensure consistency and quality of design across all digital education experiences. Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and feedback to help them grow in their roles. Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards for digital education experiences. Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to launch, ensuring they meet deadlines and goals. Advocate for the user and their needs throughout the design process.
