Detail Provisions Co. is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions. We manage warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services for a diverse portfolio of clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to lead operations at our Dallas facility. Position Overview The Warehouse Lead will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staffing, order fulfillment, and safety compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency, manage a high-performing team, and ensure that we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Staff Supervision: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational targets. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain a high level of stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and proper product handling. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Lead safety training and enforce a culture of workplace safety. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity. Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service and client relations teams to meet client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) and address any operational issues. Technology Management: Ensure efficient use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to optimize operations. Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and manage operational budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control costs to achieve financial targets. QualificationsProven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performance teams. Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and safety protocols. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technology tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and other departments. Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.
