Product Marketing Manager – Affinity & Partnerships Department: Business Analytics Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote - United States Reporting To: Michael H Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 / year Description Group O is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager of Affinity Marketing. This leader will be part of our clients team that manages and oversees affinity marketing by strategically developing marketing plans to meet and exceed company objectives, working cross-functionally to deliver the affinity go-to-market plan for seamless execution, and establishing and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions: • Develop and execute strategic affinity marketing plans to achieve mutual business goals. • Create and communicate affinity marketing goals and plans and ensure all level of management are informed on the progress of those goals. • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with internal and external partners and collaborating to better understand their business objectives and needs. • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes for both DIRECTV and affinity partners to inform the strategic marketing plans. • Conduct competitive analysis to track and evaluate the positioning of affinity offers from key industry players, identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic shifts to inform brand positioning and campaign development • Effectively communicate audiences, value propositions, and marketing strategies through presentations and proposals. • Collaborate with the digital team to develop and maintain analytics reports, providing insights into key performance metrics and identifying actionable levers to optimize campaigns and drive higher engagement and response rates • Develop succinct and powerful go-to-market briefs to mobilize cross-functional marketing partners to deliver plans for affinity marketing. • Lead/own campaign plan of record and workback schedules for affinity marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure seamless affinity marketing execution across all channel/tactics – advertising, paid media, PR, dotcom and other sales channels, legal, brand/messaging, and more. Travel: • 10% of the role may require travel. Job Qualifications Education/Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline strongly preferred. Experience: • 5 – 7 years of experience with product marketing /management. • Affinity marketing experience either at a brand or agency. Preferred Experience: • Previous experience supervising direct reports or agencies is a plus. Skills and Qualifications: • Results-driven, creative, versatile team player. • Demonstrated capability in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines. • Executive-level presentation and communication skills to be able to convey complex information in an easily understandable and convincing way. • Proficiency within PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with a high level of aesthetic and organization. • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-task necessary environment. • Comfortable leading in a cross-functional environment to ensure work gets done efficiently.
