Job Description

Superintendent • Project Oversight: Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. • Quality Control: Monitor construction processes and materials to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with building codes. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, clients, and subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution. • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues before they escalate. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and changes to project plans. • Resource Management: Ensure the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
