This position will be located on site in Iuka, MS. Job Duties • Aid in performing mechanical and or electrical troubleshooting on all equipment. • Perform routine mechanical/electrical/electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment including but not limited to CNC machines, Boilers, Fiber Placement Machines, Robotic arms, Auto claves, Ovens, HVAC, General electrical and lighting, Air compressors, Hydraulic systems, Overhead Bridge Cranes. Personnel vehicles, building systems, etc. • Be self motivated. • Will be working in a team environment and processing Work orders with our CMMS systems as they come to you. • Be able to examine issues with machines and processes, define corrective actions necessary, and implement actions with the team. Basic Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of Facilities Maintenance. • Computer (including Microsoft office), math, analytical, and planning skills. • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance and SAP clearance. • Must have an ability to work C-Shift (Friday - Sunday 1900 - 0730) Preferred Skills And Qualifications • 4 years in Maintenance or maintenance related field. • Technical Degree or some college. • HVAC experience • Automation controls experience Salary Range: $48,500 - $80,900 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
