Description:Project Management & Planning Ops - Level 4 This Project Management position will support the F-35 Special Tooling and Test Equipment (STATE) Team. What You Will Be Doing The applicants’ primary focus is the execution, and coordination of the delivery of Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test Equipment (STE) for the F-35 Program. Responsibilities include integration and coordination with Global Supply Chain Management, Prime Suppliers, Program Management, Program Finance (Control Account Management), and Business Management in support of executing the end-to-end process for securing funding for ST/STE through its on-time delivery and implementation on the production floor. Selected candidate will be a demonstrated self-starter with the ability to establish a project business rhythm for communicating with internal and external customers at all levels. Skills needed will be conveying capabilities, influencing others in a data driven manner, and creating standard processes, and procedures. Additionally, the ability to identify, and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitors, maintain, analyze, and generate reports that illustrate supplier performance for ST/STE to business plan targets. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
