What We?re Looking For: We are seeking a Business Development Professional to identify, pursue, and close staffing contracts with businesses, government agencies, and enterprise clients. An individual who has experience in sales and cold outreach that can help grow a company. Compensation: This role is 100% Commission-Based and Remote ? High Earning Potential ? % of commission to be discussed depending on size of each contract deal ? Performance Bonuses & Residuals on long-term contracts Responsibilities: ?Identify and engage potential clients needing staffing services ? Develop relationships with decision-makers in HR, procurement, and hiring departments ? Pitch our staffing solutions and negotiate contracts ? Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to our fulfillment team. Ideal Candidate: ? Proven experience in business development, staffing sales, or recruitment sales ? Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills ? Existing network of decision-makers in target industries ? Ability to work independently and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing ??
