Remote Retail Experience Pharmacy Technician

Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely! We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities ? Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. ? Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries. ? Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. ? Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. ? Clarify orders as needed. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements ? Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. ? Previous experience in pharmacy. ? LTC pharmacy experience preferred. ? Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Moderate to advanced computer skills, required. ? Great telephone etiquette a must. ?
