Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers of all ages, including children. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring proper sizing and pricing. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and brand loyalty. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback and suggestions to management. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and loss prevention measures. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions or concerns. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job skills and knowledge. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
