About the position The Full-Time Account Sales Representative at Refreshment Services Pepsi is responsible for providing sales and service to customers across a 5-county region. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in sales and customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations and drive company growth. The representative will work independently and as part of a team to build relationships, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company principles. Responsibilities ? Support RSI goals to grow volume and revenue faster than the competition while controlling costs through increased productivity. , ? Drive company vehicles to make regular sales calls at current customer locations to increase sales and negotiate better product placement. , ? Communicate and develop relationships with owners, managers, and key position holders at each customer location. , ? Merchandise accounts, check stock levels, and ensure all product dates are within the company's allowable standards. , ? Create and send daily orders for customers to the warehouse for processing. , ? Utilize sales reporting systems to increase customer and company profitability. , ? Identify and solicit lost, inactive, or potential new accounts on the assigned route. , ? Communicate any customer service or delivery issues to the Sales Manager. , ? Estimate and coordinate the pickup of all breakage, saleable product returns, and shells. , ? Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings. Requirements ? High school diploma or GED required. , ?
