Ensure jobs are being done safely and patients are given top priority in heating and air conditioning needs. ? Make sure all heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems are kept in the proper working order. ? Work closely with sub-contractors when needed. Reports: ? Exec Director/Facilities Supervises: ? HVAC Mechanic ? Support Technicians. ? Industrial Water Technician WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: ? High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Education: ? Associate degree in Engineering Technology Required Experience: ? Ten (10) years of job-related experience to include a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience. Required Certification/License/Registry: ? Licensed to handle Freon under EPA guidelines. ?
- NOTE: This position requires driving a TMH vehicle. Qualified candidates must provide a seven (7) year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles with no more than six (6) points and no indication of poor driving habits. The qualified candidate must be 21 years of age.
Preferred Certification/License/Registry: ?
