Job Responsibilities: Host Live Streaming Sessions on TikTok: Lead engaging and interactive live broadcasts on TikTok in English, maintaining an energetic and engaging presence. Deliver content related to financial literacy, answering questions from viewers and fostering an interactive environment. Actively guide viewers into live sessions and private groups, building a community around the brand. Engage with the Audience: Respond to comments and questions during live broadcasts, keeping the conversation flowing and encouraging participation. Enhance viewer engagement by utilizing creative techniques to drive interaction and excitement during the live stream. Encourage viewers to stay active and convert them into loyal followers and customers. Increase Viewer Engagement and Fan Growth: Develop strategies to boost fan engagement, fostering strong relationships with the audience. Actively work to convert viewers into followers and loyal fans, expanding our TikTok community. Continuous Improvement: Analyze live stream performance, gather audience feedback, and improve content and delivery. Keep the energy high during streams, ensuring they are both informative and entertaining. Live Broadcast Schedule: Commit to full-time, with a live stream schedule of 3 hours per day around 6 PM to 9 PM (local time). Be flexible and adaptable to audience feedback and market demands. Job Requirements: Fluent English Proficiency: Native or fluent English speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or other developed countries are highly preferred. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and entertainingly with a global audience. Confidence and Charisma: Self-assured and engaging, with a natural ability to entertain and hold the audience's attention. Comfortable speaking on camera and performing live, with excellent presentation skills. Live Streaming or Content Creation Experience: Experience in live streaming, hosting, or content creation on platforms like TikTok is preferred but not required. Ability to manage live broadcasts independently and interact with the audience in real-time. Creativity and Adaptability: Quick thinking and ability to improvise during live streams to keep content fresh and exciting. Familiarity with TikTok trends and the platforms audience preferences is a plus. Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Ability to independently identify challenges during live sessions and resolve them efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving live stream performance. Interest in Financial Literacy (Preferred): A keen interest in financial literacy topics is preferred.
