About RR-DISNEY CARD We are a dynamic company looking for a skilled Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. As an Advertising Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making new connections to potential clients and strengthening existing relationships with current clients, developing new advertising proposals and strategies for clients, and identifying new potential leads.

Job Description

In this role, you will: Pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor our services to meet their requirements effectively. Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of our cohosting services. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals and secure long-term contracts with property owners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Close on contracts and create property inspection lists during initial visits at client properties. Benefits and Compensation This position offers a competitive commission-only compensation structure, with recurring revenue of 5%-15% of the term of the service contract, and 25-75% commission onboarding fee, ranging from $450 to $750 per client. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
