Remote WFH UPS / Freight Sales Consulatant
Position Overview: As a UPS/Freight Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients. This is a hourly & commission based role, with 20% of the gross profit from each shipment generated. Key Responsibilities: ?? Identify and prospect new business opportunities to sell UPS/Freight shipping solutions. ?? Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to expand business. ?? Educate clients on UPS/Freight services, ensuring they are aware of all available shipping and logistics options. ?? Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. ?? Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients. ?? Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: ?? Prior sales experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is a plus. ?? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ?? Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. ?? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. ?? Comfortable working in a commission-based environment. ?? Basic understanding of UPS/Freight services and shipping solutions is beneficial (training provided). ?? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation: ?? $14.00 per hour plus 20% commission on gross profit for each closed deal. ??
