You’ll handle inquiries related to products, services, pharmacy assistance, and store operations, ensuring that each customer interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email). • Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty. • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing information on Walgreens products and services. • Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the system. • Uphold Walgreens’ values of respect, teamwork, and care in every customer interaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred). • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with computer systems and software. • Must be comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
