TeleSales Executive (Remote)
Company: Futwork Location: Remote (Work from Home) Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST) Employment Type: Contractual Job Description: We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our dynamic outbound sales team. If you have the gift of gab, a passion for selling, and a strong work ethic — this is your opportunity to grow from the comfort of your home. As a Telesales Executive, your role will be to make outbound calls, engage with potential customers, pitch our brand's offerings, and generate sales. You’ll be expected to meet daily on-call talktime targets and maintain high-quality interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Achieve a minimum of 5 hours of talktime per day, including 30 minutes of ringing time
- Promote and sell the brand’s products/services effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
- Attend mandatory training sessions, IQC, and mock calls as scheduled
Important Note:
- Failure to meet daily talktime targets will result in salary deductions
- Once onboarded, non-attendance in training, IQC, or mock sessions will lead to a permanent ban from the Futwork platform

- Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Preferred candidates include those with an edtech background, especially individuals who have experience with course selling, educational products, or services. Rest also can apply project will be assigned based on their industry experience.
