Senior Creative Account Manager - Brand & Product Marketing

About the position Chewy is looking for a Senior Creative Manager to join our Creative Services Team in Plantation, Florida! Our Creative Managers nurture outstanding creative outcomes that meet our internal partner's business objectives. They understand what positive relationships require and the standard processes for growing them while delivering an outstanding level of customer service. In this role, you will lead all aspects of creative planning and execution of Private Brands, as well as Product Marketing for Chewy. You will partner with Creative Leaders to develop creative strategies and solutions for our clients' business challenges. You will define client engagements for complex cross-functional programs, prioritizing multiple projects from start to finish. A passion for pets and culturally defining consumer brands is a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative planning and execution for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary programs and/or campaigns to support Private Brands and Product Marketing.

  • Partner with Business and Marketing teams as they develop their briefs, serving as the voice of Creative and understanding creative processes and standard methodologies for all media.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and help identify creative opportunities to better acquire, activate, and retain target audiences.

  • Be the guide on how creative performance will be measured and what success looks like for every engagement.

,

  • Assure all internal and external collaborators are aligned on core programs.

,

  • Identify, build, maintain, and grow relationships with client partners. Influence strategy and creative.

,

  • Address senior-level clients with trust and credibility through critical thinking and communication style.

,

  • Ensure detailed development and execution of marketing tactics.

,

  • Manage and define scopes of work and creative approaches.

,

  • Proactively communicate internal and external business recommendations, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.

,

  • Define and implement a wide variety of marketing programs, processes, and standard methodologies.

,

  • Be an ambassador for Creative Services in presentations and strategy discussions.

,

  • Lead, motivate, and/or mentor teams.

,

  • Impact the Creative Services output and culture.

,

  • Forecast, track and report on client programs and provide key insights to Senior Leadership.

,

  • Pitch in wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field

,

  • 6+ years experience within an agency or marketing department setting, managing creative teams/outside creative resources and interfacing directly with senior-level client contacts

,

  • eCommerce and/or Retail account management experience preferred

,

  • Team-oriented and able to mentor and coach others

,

  • Customer-centric and data-driven

,

  • Organized, forward-looking, meticulous, and proactive

,

  • Adaptable to a fast-growing, changing environment
