Mercier Consultancy BG is on the lookout for an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our dedicated team! As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content on our social media platforms adheres to community guidelines, fostering a safe and engaging environment for our Italian-speaking audience. Your contributions will help maintain a positive atmosphere, making our social media space enjoyable and respectful for all users. If you're enthusiastic about social media and committed to community standards, we want to connect with you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content posted by users in Italian on our social media platforms to ensure it aligns with our community standards.
  • Detect, escalate, and take action on harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content.
  • Provide professional and timely responses to user comments and inquiries.
  • Document moderation activities accurately and generate reports on content trends and user interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the moderation team to improve our processes and enhance user experiences.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and changes in content moderation best practices.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in delivering thoughtful engagement with users.
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness will be vital in engaging with our diverse community.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to work on-site, showing flexibility and dedication to the role.
