Full Stack Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

Remote · USA Full-time New today

In the dynamic world of EdTech, the challenge lies in creating educational content that not only captivates but also adapts to each student's unique needs. With a market flooded with generic tools, making a mark is essential. Studies show that when educational content fails to resonate with students or align with their learning styles, engagement plummets, widening the gap in effective learning. This adds pressure on educators who strive to deliver personalized, high-quality instruction despite limited time and resources. At LearnWith.AI, we're addressing this challenge by leveraging AI to transform content creation. Our mission goes beyond building AI tools; we're developing AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, student-centered learning materials. Imagine an AI-driven "Second Brain" for subjects like Science and History—a smart knowledge base that delivers engaging, adaptive content at scale. This groundbreaking approach sets us apart in a crowded field and reimagines the role of AI in education, making learning more accessible, effective, and enjoyable. This role isn't your typical AI engineering position. Instead of merely coding or working on theoretical AI models, you'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by designing AI-powered workflows that deliver truly personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is for those who thrive on innovation and want to use cutting-edge technology to create a tangible impact. As an integral part of our team, you'll be tasked with crafting AI-driven educational tools with the potential to revolutionize learning. You'll harness LLMs to create context-rich knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI produces meaningful and impactful content. If the prospect of using AI to redefine education excites you and you're ready to lead projects that push the limits of possibility, we want to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing

  • Crafting AI-Driven Workflows: Seamlessly integrating various AI tools, engineering prompts, and fine-tuning workflows based on insights from experts and users.
  • Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Utilizing LLMs as subject matter experts to create and maintain documents that capture essential knowledge and organizational insights.
  • Designing and implementing data structures that support business logic, ensuring data models are efficient and scalable.
