Call Center Representative- Fully Remote!

About the position TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for fully remote call center positions. These roles are designed for individuals who can respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide information regarding the client's products and services while demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and adaptability to multiple systems. The goal is to ensure an optimal member experience and deliver exceptional customer service. Candidates will perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Additionally, they will advise members on other products and services that may meet their needs, fostering positive member interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment, administrative roles, or high-volume retail settings. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with customers effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Strong communication and active listening skills. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in banking or mortgage environments. , ? Familiarity with multiple system adaptability.
