Position: Remote Healthcare Call Center Rep Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. Start Date: Early July 2025 Job Details:
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
- Verify insurance and patient information.
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use of dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
