Social Media Manager + Virtual Receptionist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing and be able to develop and execute creative and engaging social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for managing our company's social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries. Every other Saturday, you would be in charge of the digital receptionist role where you would be answering any customer inquiries that come in.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage company's social media accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Schedule

  • Week1: Monday - Friday: 9am to 1pm EST = 20 hrs
  • Week2: Monday - Friday: 9am to 11:30am; Saturday: 10am to 5pm EST
