Virtual Assistant – Marketing Focus (Asset Creation + Design Support) | US CST Hours - Contract to Hire

ROLE OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a marketing-focused Virtual Assistant who’s proactive, creative, and detail-oriented. Your job is to take strategy and direction (from our founder or marketing lead) and turn it into polished, usable materials — fast. YOU’LL BE TASKED WITH: MindMeister Map Layouts – You’ll receive instructions and content, and need to build clean, visual mind maps to be used in recorded videos and presentations. Slide Decks & Presentations – Help build out Zoom call presentations and training decks using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva, following a clear structure and visual flow. Ad Banner Creation – Assist with static image design for Facebook/Google ads using Canva or similar tools. No ad copywriting required — just solid, clean design work. Marketing Asset Organization – Ensure creative files, visuals, and presentation materials are properly labeled, easy to access, and organized across Google Drive or similar platforms. REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken) – clear communication is a MUST ✅ Availability during some US CST hours (at least 3-4 hours overlap) ✅ Proficient in Canva, Google Slides, MindMeister, and basic marketing tools ✅ Tech savvy – you don’t need to be taught how to Google a solution ✅ Takes initiative — you don’t wait for reminders to get things done ✅ Comfortable working with task managers (ClickUp, Trello, etc.) ✅ Detail-oriented and organized — you know that the little things matter BONUS IF YOU HAVE: Experience working with a marketing agency or marketing-focused team Experience preparing materials for client-facing presentations or sales calls WHAT YOU’LL GET: A fast-paced but supportive team Clear direction, fast feedback, and lots of varied, interesting tasks Long-term opportunity with room to grow Potential performance bonuses or expanded role for the right fit Flexible hours with U.S. time zone overlap TO APPLY: Start your application with the word MARKETER so we know you read the post.
