Country Inn & Suites-Jackson Airport is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED, energetic, motivated professionals for their Full-Time NIGHT Representative position. Position Description: The position entails running financial reports and audits, balancing guest accounts, ensuring the lobby area is clean and welcoming with cookies and fresh hot coffee at all times, checking guests in/out, informing guests of local attractions/sights, setting up/starting breakfast at the specified time, resolving guest issues and concerns, perform other duties as requested by management, all while providing exceptional customer service. Position Requirements: -High School Diploma or equivalent required -Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training RECOMMENDED. -Computer skills proficiency. Opera experience is a major plus! -Energetic, self motivated, detailed orientated, and organized -Excellent communication/customer service skills -Accurate in cash/credit card handling -Able to work night shifts and must be available on weekdays, weekends, and Holidays are a must! -Requires standing for extended periods, walking , lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.
