Job Description

As an Influencer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with social media influencers to promote our products and enhance our brand presence. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Influencers: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and ensure successful partnerships.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including setting goals, managing timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with their audience and aligns with our brand message.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and eCommerce.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
