We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the Role Ondo is looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to support our go-to-market strategy and lead co-marketing initiatives within the growing Ondo ecosystem. This role works closely with Partnerships and Sales to support sales enablement, GTM planning and execution, and ongoing co-marketing campaigns alongside companies like layer 1 and 2 blockchains, exchanges, fintech applications, DeFi protocols, Neobanks, service providers, and institutional partners. This role is key in driving awareness and growing the adoption of Ondo’s products across web3 ecosystems. What You’ll Achieve: •Be the primary marketing contact for the GTM execution and ongoing co-marketing with Ondo’s new and existing partners •Identify and launch co-marketing campaigns that support awareness and adoption of Ondo’s products within the ecosystems of other blockchain and fintech companies •Support the partnerships and sales teams with sales enablement materials, and collaborate on our product messaging and positioning with each partner •Craft and manage partner marketing content, including social media, blogs, AMAs, educational resources, case studies •Create a playbook and strategy for how we engage with partners from launch and beyond with ongoing co-marketing initiatives •Measure and report the performance and success of our co-marketing initiatives What we're looking for: •Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services •Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing •Marketing: Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics •Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams •Adaptable: Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale •Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST — typically this means you're located in the Americas unless you're willing to work unusual hours What We Offer •Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation •Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO) •Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices •A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap •Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures Apply To This Job
