You will guide clients through the consultation process, create detailed estimates based on your field knowledge and close sales to help achieve company goals.This role is ideal for a highly social, highly driven individual with above-average attention to detail. You must have the ability to accurately price labor, materials, and subcontractor work quickly and confidently, in addition to building trust with clients and managing the sales process.We provide a steady stream of qualified leads, but you will also be responsible for generating at least 10% of your own leads through networking, referrals, and self-driven efforts.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-home consultations to assess project needs, scope, and budget.Accurately estimate labor times, secure subcontractor bids, and quote materials.Confidently present proposals, handle objections, and close contracts.Order all necessary materials for each sold project.Provide a complete and detailed project handoff to the Project Manager.Self-generate at least 10% of your monthly leads through prospecting and networking.Manage customer relationships from consultation through project start.Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals. ​​Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential remodeling or construction field experience (carpentry, remodeling, general construction, or related trades).Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling sales, estimating, or project management.Strong ability to quote labor times, secure subcontractor bids, and create accurate material takeoffs.Proven success in building rapport, negotiating contracts, and closing remodeling projects.Highly social, competitive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic estimating/takeoff software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Working Conditions:Averages 40–50 hours per week depending on workload.Flexibility required:Early morning appointments (8:00 AM or earlier) some days.Evening appointments when needed.Occasional weekend appointments.We work to maintain a healthy work-life balance, but responsiveness to customer needs is essential.Compensation:Commission-Based: Earnings potential between $80,000 and $200,000+ annually, based on performance.Training Pay: $20.00 per hour during the training period (30-90 days).Transportation: Company vehicle provided or $0.70 per mile reimbursement if using your own vehicle.Benefits:(after 90-day probation period)
