- Possess a thorough understanding of the terminals' operating capabilities and processes.
- Ability to adjust to changing operating conditions and work with a team.
- Develop and maintain clear communications with each Account Manager and Vessel Manager to understand their needs, directions, and special requirements.
- Enter Customer Releases, Inbounds, Uploads into TOS following Account Services Processes and customer specific requirements.
- Ensure all inbounds and releases are entered in a timely fashion following First In First Out except for any HOT request.
- Verify entered Customer and Account Data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Update Data Entry Log real time for all tasks completed throughout the day.
- Assist Account Managers by reviewing Open Shipping Container Report and pulling documentation to close any open containers.
