Truly, the possibilities are beautiful. :THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:As Sr. Manager, Reporting & Measurement, UB Media, you will serve as a critical leader to develop and execute a comprehensive measurement strategy for our retail media network, UB Media. You will be responsible for the vision of reporting, measurement, and insights for the program. This includes effectively prioritizing and managing both short-term and long-term roadmap capabilities that will benefit our clients and internal teams. The Sr. Manager, Reporting & Measurement will bring extensive knowledge of the dynamic AdTech/MarTech trends to inform our measurement priorities. Lastly, this individual will be an advocate for data governance by partnering with the data governance team to institute data quality best practices that strengthens UB Media reporting.YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • Own reporting & measurement strategy for UB Media to help reach our financial goals; includes leading the audience agile product team as the Product Manager.
  • Lead data governance processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Leverages in-depth experience of the digital advertising measurement ecosystem to ensure we are in line with Retail Media Network industry standards and best practices.
  • Select, implement, and manage measurement tools and technologies to establish and maximize KPI’s for success.
  • Own the vision and strategy of how we deliver reporting capabilities to our clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with sales, account management, marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure that measurement capabilities align with business objectivess
  • Stay on the pulse of industry trends and best practices in retail media measurement and analytics.
  • Explore new measurement opportunities to drive business growth and increase efficiencies
  • Inspire, mentor and grow a team of individual contributors, model a growth mindset, and contribute as a senior leader within the company
:THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • 8+ years of experience in measurement and analytics, preferably in retail in the retail media industry
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience working in digital marketing environment, e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc.
  • Strong understanding of measurement methodologies and techniques, including attribution modeling, lift analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience with data management and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python, R, statistics and proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment, deal with ambiguity, and remain focused on execution.
  • Experience with retail media networks or programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of industry measurement standards and certifications (e.g., MRC, TAG, iab)
  • Ability to work closely with external partners and ad agencies, especially trading desks, programmatic buying teams, and digital media buyers
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, AI) is a plus.
  • Experience working with cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, etc) is a plus
: The pay range for this position is $117,000.00 - $160,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
