• Knowledge of making import entries in the U.S and filing the necessary paperwork.
• Ability to interact with import brokers such as FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System and how to look up duties and tariffs
• Strong knowledge of ACE, duty and tariff mitigation
• Ability to filter/sort data and extract data with pivot tables within Excel

Work ExperienceHow You Will Get Here:

• The ideal candidate is a process-driven compliance expert with deep knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations, including exemptions, duty mitigation strategies, and trade agreements
• 5–10 years of trade compliance experience in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of ACE, duty mitigation, and free trade agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams
• Detail-oriented and adaptable; capable of handling shifting compliance priorities quickly
• Trade Compliance in Global Environment
• ACE, Duty Mitigation, & Free Trade Agreements
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• SAP
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000Work Requirements:This position is classified as Remote within the United States.Citizenship requirement:

• Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
