Kieffer atSUMMARY OF POSITION:Telehealth Program Assistant Shift Leader will serve the health system with virtual care needs and assist the department supervisor in the smooth daily operation of the Tele-observation Department by assisting with direction and acting as content and technology experts across all shifts. Shift leads will engage with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure virtual patient safety and observation needs are met and effective.Must be computer proficient and customer service driven. Requires on site work at Virtual Care officeMINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum one (1) year experience of patient care or medical office experience
• Minimum one (1) year experience of leadership or supervisory experience
