We are setting new standards in the industry, focused on providing peace of mind and exceptional results for our clients during significant transitions.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sale End Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote, home-based role focused on managing and coordinating the post-sale property clearing process. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with a network of resellers, charities, and recyclers, and for efficiently scheduling and overseeing their activities to ensure timely and complete property clearing according to client contracts. This role is crucial in delivering a comprehensive and stress-free service to our clients and requires excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities of a Sale End Coordinator:Develop and maintain a robust network of local and regional resellers, charities, and recycling facilities relevant to the types of goods encountered in estate sales and business liquidations.Understand the specific requirements of each client contract regarding post-sale property clearing.Communicate effectively with resellers, charities, and recyclers to explain the items available, timelines for removal, and any specific requirements for property access.Create and manage a detailed schedule for post-sale pickups, ensuring efficient coordination between multiple parties and adherence to deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact for resellers, charities, and recyclers regarding post-sale logistics.Proactively address any scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient clearing process.Maintain clear and organized records of all post-sale coordination activities, including contact information, schedules, and completion confirmations.Communicate updates and progress on property clearing to the Sale Manager and, when appropriate, directly to the client.Identify opportunities to optimize the post-sale process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure that all post-sale activities align with Grasons of Dakota County, MN’s commitment to responsible disposal and community engagement (e.g., maximizing donations, promoting recycling).Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external partners.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle logistical challenges effectively.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, home-based environment with minimal direct supervision.Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email) and basic record-keeping systems.Familiarity with the concepts of resale, donation, and recycling is a plus.Ability to understand and adhere to contractual obligations.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
