Position Summary The E-Commerce manager is responsible for overseeing the online sales strategy for SelfCare Central. This role manages our online presence, optimizes user experience, and drives growth across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management with proven results of growth in sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain systems for online sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyzing customer behavior
  • Optimize and manage product listings, pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimize website functionality and user experience, ensuring mobile-first design principles.
  • Execute SEO, PPC, email and social media campaigns
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Handling order fulfillment and customer service inquiries online and by phone.
Qualifications Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in google analytics, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Magento)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
  • Effective project management and communication abilities (responsive to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders)
