Location: Hybrid (New Jersey-Based)Job Summary:The Summer Marketing Intern will support the social media and creative studio within the Beautynova Marketing team. The position will assist in the creative production of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn platforms within the portfolio of Beautynova Americas brands, including milk_shake and DEPOT. Responsibilities will include social media copywriting, scheduling within the Dash Social tool, studio and product photo shoot assistance as well as visual asset creation, resizing and formatting.Responsibilities:This role will support the daily management of Beautynova brands’ pro and consumer social media accounts. They will assist in the execution of social media content creation and amplification.
- Write social media post copy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin accounts
- Design social media assets to support promotions, activations and engagement
- Assist with video editing, resizing and formatting on a needed basis
- Schedule monthly content deliverables within the Dash Social platform
- Some experience in social media marketing
- A portfolio of designed social media posts (videos and statics)
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills
- Ability to learn social analytics tools
- SEO and TikTok Insights knowledge a plus
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
- Walking between different departments when in the office.
- Occasional travel for sales trips, educational flights, or collaboration with marketing teams at other locations.
- Adaptability to different working environments, including interactions with remote teams and account partners across various time zones.
