DescriptionJOB TITLE: ATE Regional Sales ManagerDEPARTMENT: SalesREPORTS TO: ATE Sales DirectorEMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-TimeLOCATION: RemoteSALARY: is commensurate with relevant experienceGENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONChroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, Led Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.The company is currently seeking ATE Sales Manager responsible for defining and promoting automated test systems targeted but not limited to Electric Vehicles, Power Conversion (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC.AC), UPS, Defense, Solar and LED Driver marketsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directing and coordinating sales activities in designated region, cooperating closely with Regional Sales Managers
  • Generating proposals for the above mentioned test systems
  • Must be able to understand these applications and how the test systems are utilized on the field
  • Day-to-day activities include cold calling, prospecting, and following up on leads and open opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of +$5MM
  • Live Software and Product demonstrations
  • Generate bi-weekly reports (Sales, Activity, and Performance)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related job experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years job experience in related field.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with using or selling ATE test systems
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Up to 30% travel.
